Preparation of common Merit list and Allotment of Seats:
Subject to any orders that may be passed by the Courts, admission will be on the basis of merit only by adding marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by state Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and the marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry / equivalent subjects in the qualifying examination. The marks will be apportioned in the ratio 50:50.
The marks obtained for the qualifying exam will be subjected to the normalisation process as explained below:
The marks obtained by the students in the relevant subjects in the qualifying examination conducted by various Boards or authority shall be equated with the marks obtained by the students in the same subjects in the qualifying examination conducted by the Director of HSE, Kerala, by adopting the method of normalisation. This process will be done taking into consideration only the marks of those candidates who apply to the respective college.
Explanation:- Under the method of normalisation, the highest mark obtained by the students of various Boards in each subject shall be equated to the highest mark obtained by the students of the Kerala Higher Secondary Examination in that subject and the relative marks obtained by other students in that subject shall be determined accordingly.
Percentage of seats reserved under various heads:
Details of reservation and seat allocation under various categories are mentioned in the respective pages allotted to each college in the prospectus. All candidates belonging to all denominations in Christian community are eligible to be considered in the community quota seats.

Furnishing of false information/particulars will result in forfeiture of the candidature as well as cancellation of admission to the course if admitted and in addition, will attract the releveant provisions of criminal law of the land.
Merit list for the different categories will be published in the website/college notice boards. Selection will strictly be in the order of merit. Selected candidates will not be intimated by post and they are advised to refer to the web site /individual college notice board and appear for the interview and final selection without fail.
